We understand that during these challenging times you may be dealing with layoffs and potential financial hardship. Many of the banks that we place loans with have announced publicly that they intend to offer payment deferment, but each bank is handling this situation differently. We encourage you to reach out to the bank that is listed on your car loan financing document. All of their contact information is listed below.
If you can’t find your paperwork or are unsure of who your loan is financed with, please contact someone in the Financial Services Office at the Dealership you purchased from and we will get you that information.
We urge you to continue making your car loan payments as normal unless you have contacted the bank and come to an agreement on a deferral.

Payment Deferment FAQ Article
Since the arrival of COVID-19, there has been an unfortunate rise in scams which play on fears related to the pandemic. Be aware and cautious of emails, calls and texts which request you to share any personal information or to provide immediate payment.
As always, don’t share your personal information, including your SIN (Social Insurance Number) or banking information, like card number, expiry date, PINs or passwords, with anyone.
